I put together a clip of Africa performing the ISOMETRIC JOG – she holds her arms down to her sides while bouncing her F cups up & down – & it was good. Nothing special. Didn’t excite me. I had some “world music” dubbed into the video.
Unsatisfied, i inserted some disco into the video…suddenly the high impact bounces came alive!
A beautiful well endowed JoshGirl, full motion bouncing, to disco beets…Now its a work of excellence.
Great clip . Africa makes it look easy . I look fwd to seeing more of her . But it would be sooo much nicer to be able to hear them slapping away . Technical difficulties ?
hey mr. swanson – actually Africa’s boobs made the happy slappy sounds during jumping exercises, & did not during the jogging ones. Hence the music in clips that lack the slappy happys.

Wow , i would have thought it impossible for those beauties not to make that wonderful slapping sound no matter what exercise she’s performing ! ( lol ) Oh well , sound or no sound , it’s great to watch them bounce !!!
Well I really liked the fast music. Africa of course was a dancer. It’s a pity she is retired or you could have combined dance and bounce. Perhaps one of the other girls could do that; it wouldn’t be the high impact stuff but there should be scope for plenty of movement.
